GRC is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable College Instructor to join an academic team in a college in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree from an accredited university and possess teaching experience in higher education. As a College Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in your field of expertise, developing course materials, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. You will engage in curriculum development, assess student performance, provide academic advising, and participate in departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate class discussions
• Develop and update curriculum and course materials
• Assess and grade student work, providing constructive feedback
• Advise and mentor students on academic and career goals
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development
• Stay current with developments in your field and integrate new knowledge into teaching
